Epoxy Resin: Epoxy resins are widely used in many industries due to their good adhesion properties to many substrates such as steel, metal, and plastic. They are especially suitable for electronic component applications like bonding, reinforcement.casting. conformal coating, etc. Everwide also provide high-quality of customized services.

Photo-Curing Adhesive (UV Adhesive): Photo-curing adhesive is a one-component adhesive that cures with ultraviolet radiation without heating. It not only has the characteristics of fast curing in just a few seconds but also suitable for bonding and sealing of various kind of substrates, such as glass, plastic, metal, and wood.

Modified Silicone: The main chemical structure is MS resin (sTPU), suitable for inorganic materials (metal, glass, ceramics, etc.) and organic materials (type of plastic) applications. This series of products has excellent bonding performance for plastic substrates, it can improve the weakness of normal silicone on the plastic bonding. The surface drying time about 3 to 10 minutes at room temperature, which is a very cost-effective and high performance adhesive

UV Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (UV PSA): UV PSA exhibits high-temperature stability and high bonding strength. It’s used for adhesive tapes and can be applied in various fields with different thicknesses. After UV curing, it has high transparency, high flexibility, and high initial viscosity. The product has many characteristics, such as good adhesion, environmental friendliness, excellent viscosity retention, and good strength at high temperatures of 70°C. UV PSA is being used to replace traditional solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesives

Structural Acrylic Adhesive: Two-component acrylic adhesive that cures at room temperature. This resin has excellent adhesion to various substrates, especially low surface energy materials such as polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO). No special surface treatment is required. It only takes 1-2 days to achieve excellent bond strength. This adhesive has excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, water resistance and low odor.
